With the Pay As You Go option, you'll choose the rate plan that fits your needs and then start dialing. The RAZR V3 has a large 176 x 220 color display with 262,000 colors dominates the inside of the top cover, and a supplementary 96 x 80 full-color display on the outside that can display pictures, time, call information, battery and signal strength, and more.
